Experienced Live-In Sober House; House Manager
I am an experienced (4 years) House Manager. Have worked with 2 different organizations, both sober living, & both had mental health clients as well as clients dealing with addiction.
I love to cook; I'm a clean freak, very organized, and the best description I can give is: I am part Mentor, part Chef, part task master, part peacekeeper, and part Minister. I am great with pets as well. Even tempered and can control the temperature in a room like a thermostat.
Compensation: Private room, meals, laundry privileges, cable/internet and salary. TBD
Duties: Cleaning & Maintenance of the property, supervising maintenance & cleaning staff, assigning chores to residents, Full preparation of meals for residents, Intake of new residents, overseeing residents, resolving conflicts, enforcement of House rules, motivating clients to wake up and prepare for departure to daily program, informing the Director of resident issues and concerns.
Salary: As I said, I am very experienced and not a rookie to this. I am looking to be a 1099 contractor. (Paid weekly or bi-weekly is preferred. You can do this by check, Cash App/Zelle, cash, whatever you prefer & is easiest.
