Retired keyboardist based in Holbrook looking to connect with a solid, low-drama group of seasoned musicians (ideally 50s, 60s, 70s+) who share a deep appreciation for the golden eras of music and just love to play good tunes with great people. I can play in a duet or trio or band.
I grew up on the classic rock, prog, and pop of the 1960s and 1970s, but my background covers plenty of ground over the years—classic rock, original songwriting, disco, punk, and private events/lounge work. Versatile, reliable, and focused on making the whole band sound full.
Vocals: Capable and comfortable singing lead on the right material. (Full disclosure: not your guy for tight backing harmonies, but strong on front lead duties.)
Gear: Fully equipped with pro gear (Yamaha, Korg workstations/boards). I tailor my setup to the room and bring what’s practical to lift and haul.
Logistics: Located in Holbrook (central Suffolk). Happy to travel for regular rehearsals in Suffolk or Nassau County for the right group.
Vibe: Retired, flexible schedule, and in it for the music, camaraderie, and groove. Open to rehearsals, casual jams, or gigging out at a reasonable pace.
