We are looking for an experienced Dry Van Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role requires someone who is organized, reliable, and confident managing drivers and loads in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch and coordinate Dry Van drivers
Book loads and negotiate rates
Communicate with drivers throughout the day
Track loads, update systems, and resolve issues
Maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers
Requirements:
Experience dispatching Dry Van trucks
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
