The room is in the private area of a four-bedroom raised ranch home with two bathrooms on a quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac: a respectful environment, very safe, friendly green couture, and a healthy lifestyle. Only three people will reside in the home, including the new renter.
The room is small, best for young male, must work full-time (40hrs) outside of the home, no remote jobs or businesses run remotely from my home. The room has furniture, Smart TV, Internet, a private fridge, a coffee machine, dry food storage, all decorations, bedding, and lamps, closet.
Rent includes ALL utilities, WIFI, and use of home amenities: washer and dryer, driveway parking space, and equipped kitchen. In the warmer months, enjoy lounging outside in a spacious backyard. Cleaning of the “common area” is included in rental fees.
$900 Monthly Room RENTAL FEES**, PLUS a month DEPOSIT.. Available now. The room is for ONE PERSON ONLY. NO PETS. THE NO GUESTS.
Minimum lease until 4/30/2027. The lease requires a 1-month security deposit to be returned at move-out. If one MONTH'S NOTICE WAS GIVEN (30 DAYS before the end of the lease) and no damage was incurred in the home throughout your stay, the room must be returned the same way as it was received. The deposit will not be used as last month's rent.
