The properties are maintained twice a month, and each maintenance visit pays a minimum of $50.

Duties include lawn mowing and weed whacking. Equipment needed is a gas-powered lawnmower and weedeater, and a blower or broom. You must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed.

Compensation example:
- 9 yards per day = $450 per day
- 5 days per week = $2,250 per week
- 4 weeks per month = $9,000 per month

Payment for work performed is sent weekly by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp.
