Full job description
Highly respected Residential Construction Company located on the South Shore seeking an experienced Project Manager/Site supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate should have 10+ years of experience change orders, Scheduling, Ordering and Tracking Job Costs with Residential Remodeling and Renovation. The Project Manager shall oversee all aspects of the overall planning and management of construction jobs. Requirements include:
Minimum 10 plus years of Residential Remodeling and Renovation experience is required.
Ability to create change orders.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
Ability to ensure that projects stay on schedule and the sub-contractors on task.
Must be professional, motivated and highly organized.
Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Local candidates preferred.
40-45 hrs/wk
