GROWING SOUTH SHORE COMPANY SEEKING RESIDENTIAL CLEANER/S
$22–$27 PER HOUR + BONUS OPPORTUNITIES
A growing property concierge and estate-care company is building its residential cleaning division and looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented cleaner.
The position involves caring for clients’ homes in Cohasset, Hingham, Scituate, Weymouth, and surrounding South Shore communities.
This position may begin part-time or full-time, depending on the applicant’s experience and availability. Additional hours, performance bonuses, increased pay, and leadership opportunities may become available as the business grows.
PAY
$21–$27 per hour, depending on experience, reliability, and performance.
Performance bonuses and opportunities for increased pay may also be available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• General residential cleaning
• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
• Cleaning interior windows, mirrors, and glass
• Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning
• Cleaning properties following painting or remodeling projects
• Organizing and maintaining cleaning supplies
• Reporting property damage or anything requiring attention
• Communicating professionally with clients and management
THE RIGHT PERSON WILL
• Be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Take pride in producing excellent work
• Pay close attention to details
• Be respectful inside clients’ homes
• Be comfortable working independently
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Be willing to travel between South Shore properties
• Have residential cleaning experience, although we will consider training the right person
SCHEDULE
Part-time or full-time opportunities may be available depending on experience, availability, and current client needs.
The schedule will primarily consist of daytime hours. Additional responsibility, increased hours, bonuses, and higher pay may become available as the company grows.
