**Starting wages depending on many factors such as skills, speed, and experience.
**Pay commensurates with experience, job performance, tools, equipment, efficiency, productivity, profitability, skills, speed, accuracy, learning ability, and communication skills.
**Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
**Experienced, reliable worker with good work habits.
** Prior experience as a Framing Carpenter or related field
**Must have a pickup work truck and a truck lumber rack to carry ladders, building materials, roofing, tools, etc)
** Please no drugs/alcohol, criminal behavior/smoking.
* Must have experience/skills/knowledge, good quality cellphone, chainsaw, tall extension ladder, tools, TRUCK, and equipment.
* Prefer full time 30-40/hours per week in Puna and Hilo areas.
* Knowledgeable, capable, multi-skilled worker for a small Hilo rental property firm that does residential construction,
framing walls and roof trusses by cutting and nailing lumber, renovation work, repairs, termite damage, maintenance, and painting.
* Work as an Independent Contractor (1099) in a Fiduciary Capacity
