This trailer was designed to load, unload and transport fully assembled Portable Wood Sheds up to 12x24 in size. It has a remote control wireless 10,000 lb winch to load the buildings, and another winch to unload them. It also is VERY well equipped for fork lifts to load materials on it, and comes with several chains and straps. Included are special bases for loading Tuff Sheds WITHOUT any damages. To my knowledge, I was the ONLY one that could move those. I have delivered Hundreds of my own sheds as well as dozens of Shed World sheds. I have also used it to haul materials for many garages and several homes. This makes loading drywall VERY easy, A forklift brings it out sets it down on the rollers, the forks go down below the rollers and the forklift back out. Could NOT get any easier. Strap them down, and you drive off. Makes a great worktable to cut your drywall too.
Lumber works the same way, Imagine cutting plywood 6 sheets at a time.
I have had DOZENS of people (usually at the Home Depot in Apple Valley) tell me they would LOVE to have a trailer like this, well THIS is your chance. I have retired and no longer drive, so I am parting with it. It uses a 2 5/16 Ball. Has brakes with a break away switch, Axles are freshly greased and has bearing buddies. Primary rollers are on bearings and freshly greased, lights and reflectors work. New tires. The tail lights and turn signals car be dropped down for a roll off delivery of materials. Trailer was kept maintained and is in excellent shape. One of the oddest things I have moved was a 12' wide, 9' deep kidney shaped fiberglass in ground swimming pool from San Diego to Lucerne Valley.
I have seen some of the trailers for sale, and I gotta say, some of them ARE hideous. THIS one is NOT.
