We are currently hiring Data Center Technicians with 1-2 years of experience performing low voltage installation a data center environment. Job Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, switches, and other data center hardware
• Pulling and routing CAT 5 or CAT 6 or Fiber cable in new construction and existing data center environment
• Monitor system performance and respond promptly to alerts or outages
• Perform routine inspections of power, cooling, and cabling infrastructure
• Execute hardware break-fix tasks including component replacement and troubleshooting
• Document maintenance activities, incidents, and configuration changes
• Support rack and stack of new equipment and decommissioning of retired assets
• Collaborate with network and systems teams to resolve technical issues
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience working in a data center or similar IT infrastructure environment
• Solid understanding of server hardware, networking fundamentals, and cabling standards
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment, including on-call rotations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under time pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams
• OSHA 10 + CPR, Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
