Workify Staffing is looking for a Administrative Assistant for a Construction Company in the Hermiston, OR area!

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. If you have excellent communication skills and are proficient in office software, we encourage you to apply — we want to hear from you.

Pay: Up to $26
Shift/Schedule: 40 Hours with Occasional OT

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide exceptional customer service
• Enter bills, invoices, and billings into QuickBooks
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with payroll processing, including calculating drive time, straight time, and overtime
• Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an office environment
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other office software
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Understanding of payroll rules and regulations
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
