Purchased in the early-mid 1990s.
Lightly played with. Maybe a string or sail might need replacing.
Still have some of the boxes and instruction manuals.
Have mostly maintained them in containers or toy buckets (as shown in the pictures) separated from other kids toys.
These are not the more recent Playmobile sets that come practically assembled. You or your kids can use your imiginations to re-arranged these buildings/castles. You can have 1 large castle, 2 medium castles or more small ones.
Over a $1000 were spent on all the different sets.
After the kids outgrew them, they held residence in our basement.
We were meticulous about keeping all the pieces (many small pieces). We moved a couple of times since the start of purchasing them but some of the boxes didn't handle the travel, so they are now mostly in tubs or containers.
Besides what is in the pictures, we also have a toy tub (2.5-3ft tall and 2ft diam.) filled and a small container with more pieces/parts.
