Clear Creek Mechanical LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Hydronics Foreman to lead commercial hydronic HVAC installations throughout Colorado.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows hydronics, understands how to run a commercial job, and takes ownership of quality, productivity, safety, and their crew. We are looking for a foreman who can look ahead, solve problems in the field, communicate effectively with project management and the GC, and deliver high-quality work without constant supervision.
Lead and supervise commercial hydronics crews, including installers, apprentices, and helpers
Install and oversee hydronic piping systems, boilers, pumps, mechanical equipment, and related components
Perform piping layout, fabrication, assembly, installation, and equipment connections
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, submittals, and project plans
Lay out mechanical rooms and piping systems accurately
Coordinate daily work with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, General Contractors, and other trades
Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and upcoming work
Track labor hours and work to keep projects within budget
Identify potential conflicts or problems before they result in delays or rework
Maintain project schedules and communicate changes or concerns promptly
Ensure installations meet company quality standards, project specifications, and applicable codes
Troubleshoot hydronic system and installation issues
Participate in system startup, testing, and commissioning as required
Maintain an organized, professional, and safe jobsite
Train and develop apprentices and less-experienced installers
Hold crew members accountable for productivity, attendance, safety, and quality
Represent Clear Creek Mechanical professionally when working with customers, GCs, inspectors, and other trades
