Seeking a Handyman Assistant for helping with general real estate repairs. Includes helping experienced handyman with plumbing, painting, landscaping, cleaning, and other repairs of houses and condos.
No tools are necessary - they will be supplied.
Part time about 8 to 16 hours per week and you will have flexible work hours. The successful candidate must be strong enough to move ladders and other tools and should have some minimal background in handy work or carpentry, wood shop, etc.
This will be a good position for a student seeking some extra income through part time work. Good English skills are a must.
