Diabetic.. need help (Henderson)

I need help. I take insulin and Igot my script and there weren't any renewals for the needle tips. Essentially meaning I got my insulin but no way to take it. My doctor now has shit down practice and I need to find a new primary care physician who's going to wanna run blood work and all that jazz but I'm leaving for Reno on Sunday for work for 2 weeks. Can anybody help me out with some tips for my insulin pen please. I can repaythem back once I get back from Reno and do the whole doctor thing. I appreciate anybody willing to help.
