This license topper also features the makers name as it is marked DES PATENT APPLIED FOR THE GERMAIN CO. 1674 BROADWAY N.Y.C. This License Topper is embossed, and is in great shape, with bright colors and would look great in any license topper collection....
This piece would look great sitting above the license plate of any old cruiser and to save on shipping the new owner is welcome to pick this topper up at my home in Hemet, Calif....OR.... will pay shipping of $8.85 within the lower 48 states......With overseas and out of the country shipping to be determined by location........
