The home is currently folded and secured on a 40 ft × 8 ft 1995 Beck flatbed trailer ($4,000). California DMV record with VIN and license plate. Ownership paperwork in hand. Prior salvage history. Registration/title processing is pending the required VIN verification.
If you purchase the home with the trailer, we can help coordinate local delivery for approximately $2,000, depending on the final destination. You can also arrange for a semi/tractor to pick up the trailer yourself. If purchasing the house without the trailer, it will need to be lifted off using a crane and placed onto your flatbed or transport truck. Local crane service is estimated at approximately $1,500–$2,000, plus your transportation costs.
VIEWING / AVAILABILITY: The house is currently folded on the trailer and available to inspect. It is scheduled to be moved off-site on September 13, so it will be considerably less convenient to show after that date.
