house has a washer and dryer
front little patio
sits on a quiet secluded neighborhood off of Newport on the border of Menifee and Winchester.
Clean kitchen with dishwasher.
Recliners and 85in tv in living room.
One other roommate has his own bathroom and so the master obviously has its own bathroom .
He’s a college student who works as a server nearby.
If you’re chill no drama quite respectful and again clean up after yourself then this could work out.
No more pets. The other roommate has one cat.
Cat is super chill and hangs out outside and doesn’t need anyone worried about it getting out etc. He’s like Garfield though and will bug you for food if he knows you can open a can. So don’t feed him.
You two can split the driveway and two car garage.
There is a new bed and desk if you want to borrow it or I can store it.
