We (grandma, currently employed by the State of South Carolina and grandson, graduating from Clemson University 12/17/26) are in the process of relocating back to our hometown in the 45215 area and are in search of affordable housing in the area. I have an excellent rental and work history (documentation can be provided), live a Christian lifestyle and we are a very quiet and clean family.
Since we will be relocating we are hoping to find flexible requirements for salary to rent ratio as we will not have employment immediately upon the move but will both be employed as soon as possible. Our projected move in date would be 12/18/26 - 12/19/26 and we look forward to any and all opportunities that may meet our needs.
We are seeking a ground floor 2bdr apartment or duplex and would like to note I do have a service dog (Doberman, ADA certification available).
We have tried all of the area apartment complexes and they are not flexible so are trying out the Craigslist community for grace and favor on our journey back home and appreciate your time in reading this and even if you aren't able to offer an opportunity we would be blessed by your prayers.
