I've been trying to buy a house in deerfield, south deerfield, whately, conway or Sunderland as my kids go to school there. There are no longer any starter homes and even though i work full time, the mortgage they are willing to give me doesn't cover any homes in those areas. Im looking for ideas, or help. I'm not asking for money. Maybe even a rent to own. Anything to give my children the stability I never had. Thank you
