2006 Coachman Epic. 37' V10 gas. 2 slides huge side and bedroom. Tons of storage. 38k Miles. Good tires. Dual ACs, Heater, all plumbing, generator (gas from same tank), stovetop, all work great. New 17' awning. Reliable and easy to drive for its size. Has been to AZ, ID, OR and WA coasts. If you're looking for a rig to use this is a great buy. Dealers looking to maximize profit, maybe not. No leaks of any kind. Previous owner put cracks in fiberglass front and back, though they dont effect anything and a not giant. I purchased a new scissor style sofa and a new dinette. The vinyl flooring has some separation. The hydraulic levelers work great, but the front 2 need a little help to retract the last couple inches. The 12v batteries dont seem to charge correctly, we've just used shore power, generator, or propane. The drivers seat lock on the swivel has never worked. Previous owner was running it with a missing se lion of exhaust and it melted a portion of 1 storage box. I had the exhaust pipe repaired and have had 0 issues since, but box is still partially melted. Like I mentioned no leaks, but probably due for some new seals soon. Tires are good. , not old or worn.
