We have a PreFab (Pre-Fabricated Structure) for sale. We originally ordered the structure as a major part of a renovation we were doing on our home and have since decided not to move forward with our renovation.
The structure is two-story, 1033sqft and shaped like an octagon. It has openings already for windows, doors and balconies. Stairs will have to be added based on the purchasers preference.
The structure is ready to be built. It was originally purchased in 2022 and has been stored in an indoor temperature controlled industrial storage unit.
If you are interested, please inquire with any questions you may have. Serious buyers only please. Thank you!!!
