We're hiring for three roles on our Bay Area Operations team:
🧽 Operations Specialist
Keep Thrones clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You'll inspect units, troubleshoot issues, and use mobile apps to track your work. 4–5 hour shifts usually between 6am–10pm. Requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and a smartphone. No experience necessary — just reliability and a strong work ethic. This role does not require travel to the warehouse in Hayward.
Pay: Starting at $22/hr plus mileage reimbursement
🔧 Field Technician
Handle electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and construction repairs on our units. You'll troubleshoot on-site issues, read schematics, and help train other techs. Requires 3+ years of relevant trade experience and a clean driving record.
Pay: Starting at $32/hr
🚛 Pump Truck Driver
Operate our septic pump trucks to service units — pumping wastewater, restocking fresh water, and keeping everything running. Requires 3+ years of driving experience, specifically with larger vehicles. Tanker or PTO experience is a plus.
Pay: Starting at $29/hr
