**Dishwasher / Food Prep & Production Team Member – $20–$25/hr**
Five10Preps is looking for a dependable **Dishwasher / Food Prep & Production Team Member** to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on kitchen position supporting both our daily food production and dishwashing/cleaning operations.
**Schedule:** Early morning shifts, afternoon shifts anywhere from **3:00 AM–5:00 PM**
**Pay:** **$20–$25/hour**, depending on experience
**Spanish speaking preferred**
### Responsibilities
**Food Prep & Production**
* Wash, peel, cut, chop, and portion vegetables and other ingredients
* Prepare ingredients according to recipes and production sheets
* Portion and package food for daily orders and events
* Label, date, organize, and store prepared food properly
* Assist cooks and production staff as needed
* Help receive, organize, and put away deliveries
* Maintain a clean and organized prep area
**Dishwashing & Cleaning**
* Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, Cambros, sheet pans, and kitchen equipment
* Keep dishwashing area clean and organized throughout the shift
* Take out trash, recycling, and compost
* Sweep and mop kitchen and production areas
* Clean worktables, sinks, shelves, and equipment
* Assist with general kitchen cleanup and closing duties
### What We're Looking For
* Reliable and punctual — **early morning availability is required**
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced production kitchen
* Able to follow instructions, recipes, and portion specifications
* Willing to work in both **prep and dishwashing** as needed
* Able to lift approximately 40–50 lbs
* Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
* Good attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
* Kitchen, prep, dishwashing, or production experience preferred but not required
* **Spanish speaking preferred**
