The JRNY console offers a personalised fitness experience that analyses your fitness level, guides you through daily adaptive workouts, and lets you choose from trainer-led videos, scenic destinations that match your speed and more. View workout metrics from the 7” touchscreen, or download the JRNY app to view from your smart phone or tablet. (JRNY paid subscription and WiFi connection required). It’s not hard to get comfortable on the C7 either – the race-style seat and handlebars are easily adjustable to your preferred position via some clearly visible red handles. You can stand safely on the dual link pedals with toe cages, and dual water bottle holders are within reach for those more intense rides. The C7 bike is compatible with popular cycling apps like Peloton and Zwift. To experience the action, view on your smart phone, tablet, or smart TV (unavailable from the built-in touchscreen) while using the bike’s and included Arm Band’s built-in Bluetooth wireless technology to send cadence, heart rate and more to the apps. If binging some of your favourite shows is more your speed, you can watch Netflix and Amazon Prime Video on the 7” touchscreen, and access your custom coaching and workout metrics simultaneously without toggling between screens (subscriptions for apps and streaming services required). Other features include easy-access cradles for 1.5kg dumbbells (dumbbells included), and media rack for your device, unlimited user profiles, Bluetooth speakers and a USB charging port.
