Move in ready luxury elevated unit!! This unit is equipped with a four burner stove top, fridge, sink and countertop, storage shelving, pots and pans, an airfryer/oven for use during the sunlight only, and all the dishes to dine with. The room is well lit with plenty of windows (see photos) and has great ventilation. There is a large covered lanai overlooking the ocean and the island of Maui. There are lounging chairs as well as outdoor dining on the lanai. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and large vanity. Plenty of towel bars to keep your linens dry! The bed is currently a full size comfort gel mattress however we could easily swap for two twins or a queen size. This unit is ready to move in! All you need are your belongings and food!!! We also provide for participation in our farming practices and needs in exchange for the ability to dine on what we produce. We have a full fruit orchard with all the variety of fruit you would expect to see at the farmers market inclusive of Jackfruit, Rolinia, guava varieties, starfruit, lychee, 13 variety of mango, grapefruit, variety of oranges and tangerines, lemons and limes, avocado, coconut, coffee, banana varieties, sugar cane, peaches, apples, loquats, cumquats, and pineapple!!! just to name a few!
There are abundant stairs with adequate railing leading to this incredible unit. No pets! One child (must be 5 and older). This unit is off grid electrically. We provide a in-unit power station should the solar and batteries not sufficiently supply our property. We do provide wifi however, the device attempting to connect must be able to connect to 5g network as a starting base or the wifi may be spotty unless outside on the property. Ample Parking for up to 2 RUNNING vehicles We do have a quality affordable mechanic on property.
