Each machine I sell, has had the hard drive securely erased, Windows, drivers, some firmware, updates, and a few extras like Chrome/Firefox by hand; usually any quarks or hardware issues will show themselves during this process. I consider these machines refurbished and given a clean bill of health.
NORMAL pickup is most nights and weekends, however I often work from home. Therefore, I am pretty flexible on pickup. I live near Emerald Greens Golf Course in West Hastings/East Rosemount. I might be able to meetup during business-ish hours in Mendota Heights.
