Today I replaced the bad 2x4s with new ones and covered them with green outdoor carpet and new bolts and washers. You can see the difference it made in the pictures. It's in good shape and would be great for v bottom or flat bottom fishing boat. It has tilt so you can unload your boat anywhere. Tires have plenty of tread and spare looks like new.
