"We are looking for a roommate in our 1 bed 1 bath. The available bedroom is downstairs with its own private bathroom. Your room is the only one with wooden floors. Size is about 11x9.5. Two other bedrooms and washer and dry are upstairs. Everyone has their own bathroom, no need to share. Utilities are SDGE & ATT fiber internet which total to ~$75/month per person.
