Cheap abrasives burn the wood and don't cut through stains. Inferior latex products get brittle go on thin, but costs less. Less $anding gets him paid faster, but your fini$h wears out fa$t. Rough high points wear first opening the surface to moisture which expands and the poly chips. They $wear its the same, with a $mile on their face, because omitting steps, cheap supplies, and a rapid dry gets payment in a day, and look how fast they do it for you! Double check the last image to see what other's do. That makes them happy but leaves your floor unprotected over time. (BIG FROWN)
