Strafford Construction is looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to oversee daily operations and help manage the continued growth of our company.
We operate in both the construction and public adjusting industries under common ownership. We are looking for someone who can oversee multiple departments, manage employees, keep operations organized, and make sure everything runs efficiently.
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing our canvassing teams, appointment setters, and supplement department. This position also involves working directly with homeowners and helping move projects through the insurance claim and construction process.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing and managing canvassing teams and appointment setters.
Managing and making sure appointments are being handled properly
Overseeing the supplement department and ensuring supplements are processed and followed up on.
Meeting with homeowners and presenting our Letter of Representation when appropriate.
Conducting work order meetings with homeowners once insurance claims have been approved.
Coordinating between departments to make sure projects move smoothly from the initial appointment through claim approval and construction.
Managing employees, holding teams accountable, and improving overall company performance.
Identifying opportunities to improve operations, productivity, and revenue.
We are willing to train the right person on our specific processes. However, we are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, good communication, management experience, and the ability to take ownership of day-to-day operations.
Compensation:
$100,000 annual base salary plus commission + bonuses.
