## 💰 30% OF LOAD GROSS OR $0.70 CPM ON ALL DISPATCHED MILES
**Based in Hanover Park, IL | Midwest + Nationwide**
Tired of being treated like a truck number?
At **Afieromeno Services LLC**, we're a small, growing trucking company that believes experienced drivers deserve respect, honest communication, fair pay, and management that actually knows who they are.
We're looking for a dependable **Class A CDL driver with at least 2 years of verifiable experience** who communicates well, drives safely, takes care of the equipment, and wants to be part of a company where good drivers are valued.
## 💰 DRIVER PAY
Choose **ONE compensation plan at hiring**:
### ✅ OPTION 1 — 30% OF LOAD GROSS
Earn **30% of gross linehaul revenue paid to the truck.**
When we negotiate better-paying freight, you benefit too.
### ✅ OPTION 2 — $0.70 CPM ON ALL DISPATCHED MILES
Earn **$0.70 per mile on all dispatched miles**, including:
- Loaded miles
- Authorized deadhead miles
If dispatch sends you 75 miles to pick up a load, those authorized miles count.
### ⚠️ PAY PLAN SELECTION
Your compensation plan must be selected **before beginning employment**.
Once selected, the plan is **final for the duration of employment** and cannot be switched based on which option would pay more on a particular load or week.
## ⏱️ DETENTION, LAYOVER & EXTRA STOP PAY
We believe a driver's time matters, but we also recognize that the company continues carrying truck expenses while equipment is sitting.
Drivers receive **50% of qualifying accessorial charges actually collected from the broker or customer** for:
- Detention
- Layover
- Additional stops added beyond the original load agreement
**Examples:**
- Broker pays $50/hour detention → Driver receives **$25/hour**
- Broker pays $150 layover → Driver receives **$75**
- Broker pays $50 additional stop → Driver receives **$25**
Accessorial pay applies only when the charge is approved and actually collected.
Broker/customer free-time periods still apply before detention begins.
We will also run nationwide when the **rate, schedule, freight, and market conditions make financial sense**.
We do not believe in running cheap freight just to keep the truck moving.
