CANVASSING MANAGER – ROOFING & RESTORATION COMPANY
Earn $75-$100k Base Salary plus commission.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Canvassing Manager to lead and grow our canvassing department.
We are looking for someone who knows how to canvas themselves, understands how to approach homeowners, generate leads, and build relationships. More importantly, we need someone who can recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers.
This is a leadership position for someone who is willing to lead by example, take initiative, and help build a successful canvassing program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and manage the company's canvassing department.
• Recruit, hire, and train new canvassers.
• Lead by example and actively participate in canvassing.
• Train team members on effective canvassing techniques and homeowner communication.
• Motivate the team and hold members accountable for performance.
• Establish daily goals and monitor team productivity.
• Help develop and improve canvassing strategies.
• Maintain an organized and productive team environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous canvassing experience is required.
• Must have the ability to lead, train, and motivate others.
• Must be organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners.
• Must have a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: Required (hours to be determined)
Sunday: Off
Hours may occasionally fluctuate depending on business needs.
