NightHawk Carpentry & Remodeling is seeking qualified subcontractors and tradespeople for an active residential ADU construction project in Hancock, New Hampshire.

This is primarily a labor-only subcontracting opportunity. NightHawk will supply the permanent project materials and customer-selected finish items unless otherwise agreed. Subcontractors are expected to provide their normal trade tools and equipment and coordinate installation with the project manager.
We are currently accepting quotes for one or more of the following scopes:
- Foundation / CMU / crawlspace work
- Framing and structural carpentry
- Roofing
- Siding and exterior trim
- Window and door installation
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- HVAC / mini-split installation
- Insulation and air sealing
- Drywall
- Flooring
- Cabinets and countertops
- Interior trim and painting
- Deck construction
Contractors may quote a single trade, multiple trades, or the complete labor package.
The project includes a conditioned crawlspace, stick-framed roof, residential addition/ADU framing, MEP rough-in and finish work, insulation, drywall, finishes, and exterior work
