A waterfront home on a quiet cul-de-sac with a private dock on Back Creek. Available November 15, 2026.
ON THE WATER
The property sits directly on Back Creek with a private dock at the bottom of the yard. The creek is navigable out to the Chesapeake Bay, and the bridges along the way have clearance for typical powerboats. For anyone who owns a boat, it means keeping it at home rather than paying for a marina slip. For anyone who does not, it is a quiet tidal creek at the back of the yard and sunsets over the water.

WATERFRONT NOTE
The creek is tidal, so water depth at the dock changes through the day. The property is in a flood hazard area. It has not flooded in the ten years we have owned it. Standard renters insurance does not cover flood, so separate contents coverage is worth carrying; renters contents-only policies typically run about $150-300 per year. Coverage takes 30 days to take effect, so it is worth arranging early rather than when weather is forecast.
APPLYING
Applications are completed online and take about ten minutes. Screening covers credit, criminal background, eviction history, income verification and rental references. Published criteria are gross household income of three times the monthly rent ($7,185/month) and a minimum credit score of 620, applied the same way to every applicant. All lawful sources of income are considered, including housing vouchers.
