We are hiring an experienced press brake operator, and we want someone who takes pride in a clean, accurate bend.
Your Day-to-Day
As a press brake operator, you'll run our CNC press brakes from setup to final inspection. That means reading prints, choosing and installing tooling, programming your bends, and checking every part against spec. You’ll form mild steel, stainless, and aluminum, and you’ll know when a job needs a tweak before it turns into scrap. Our leads trust you to run your jobs, and you can count on them to back you up.
You’re a Fit If You
Have [3-5]+ years on a press brake in a fab shop
Can read a blueprint and do bend math without a calculator holding your hand
Have run CNC brakes like Amada, Trumpf, LVD, or Bystronic
Are comfortable with calipers, angle gauges, and tight tolerances
Care about safety and show up when you say you will
Bonus points for: offline programming, heavy plate, AS9100 experience, or welding skills.
