I have an old 1999 or so Mac G4 Computer. (Yes, I know it's old). One of the internal hard drives crashed and I need someone to install a replacement hard drive. I have the replacement drive. For some reason I cannot get the pin setting correct to allow the computer to recognize the new hard drive. I believe I followed the diagram on the hard drive but it still does not recognize the drive.
If you ae familiar with these old Macs, I would appreciate it if you could come and install the replacement Hard drive. I have a business in Hampton, VA, and the computer is located at my business. I would like to fix it tomorrow if possible (Friday August 14, 2026).
