this unit is old, but it works well. We are changing from central heat to individual room heaters because of the lifestyle, some like it hot, some like it cool. I have two units for this price. both for 100$. One does not work, I think it just needs a gas valve. They will heat about a thousand square feet. I used this unit for 1200 square feet and it did fine. IDK how old it is but I think 20 years or so. It comes with all the assessories like expansion tanks, Grundfos high capacity circulators, drain down valves, backflow preventer, pressure reducing valve, stuff like that.
