What You’ll Do

As a Server/Waitstaff, you’ll play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and professional service to all guests.
• Greeting customers and taking food and beverage orders with a smile.
• Accurately entering orders and processing payments.
• Promptly serving food and beverages to customers.
• Keeping tables and dining areas clean and organized, including maintaining restroom cleanliness.
• Answering customer questions and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Scooping and filling 'water-ice' cups and restocking the drink refrigerator.
• Ensuring every guest enjoys an excellent overall dining experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of restaurant or customer-service experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with others.
• Availability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
