Starting base salary: $65,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience
Academy Service Group is seeking an energetic, personable, and highly organized Client Relationship Manager to serve as a key point of contact for our growing client base.
This is not a desk-only position. The right candidate is confident speaking with clients, comfortable traveling as needed, quick on their feet, and able to build genuine relationships while making sure every client receives responsive, high-quality service.
You will work directly with the CEO and President, helping coordinate client needs, support business development, manage communication, and keep projects moving forward. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a primary contact for assigned clients and ensure their needs are handled promptly and professionally
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Communicate client requests clearly and follow through to make sure work is completed correctly and on time
Work closely with company leadership on client service, operations, sales opportunities, and special projects
Assist with administrative responsibilities, reporting, scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination
Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and support new business development efforts
Travel periodically to client locations, meetings, events, and business opportunities
Represent Academy Service Group professionally and confidently in person, by phone, and by email
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Sociable, personable, professional, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of clients
Quick-witted, resourceful, dependable, and able to learn quickly
Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable handling both relationship-building and administrative responsibilities
Willing and able to travel as business needs require
Sales, account management, customer service, operations, or business-development experience is a plus
Experience in facility maintenance, commercial services, property management, HVAC, janitorial, construction, or related industries is strongly preferred
Compensation
Starting base salary of $65,000–$70,000
