## 2. Terms & Conditions
Client-Provided Materials:
This is a labor-only service. The Client agrees to provide all decorations, working light strands, extension cords, gutter/shingle clips, and necessary hardware. The Decorator is not responsible for purchasing materials unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Pre-Existing Condition & Broken Bulbs:
The Decorator will perform a basic test of client-provided light strands prior to installation. The Decorator is not responsible for pre-existing broken bulbs, burnt-out fuses, faulty wiring, or strands that fail to light after installation due to manufacturing or age issues. The Client acknowledges that handling vintage or older holiday collectibles carries a natural risk, and the Decorator is not liable for accidental damage to fragile, client-provided family heirlooms.
Weather Delays:
For safety reasons, exterior installations involving roofs and high ladders cannot be performed during heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions. If a delay occurs due to weather, the Decorator will prioritize rescheduling the Client to the next available dry calendar slot. Weather delays do not entitle the Client to a refund or price reduction.
Next-Door Neighbor Discount Contingency:
If a "Next-Door Deal" discount is applied, both properties must have their installations completed on the same scheduled day. If one neighbor cancels or reschedules independently, the 10% discount is void, and the remaining client will be billed at the standard individual menu rate.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the installation service. Acceptable forms of payment include: [Cash / Venmo / Check / Other].
