Qwick is filling warehouse and general labor positions in the Groveport and greater Columbus Ohio area. General Laborers are needed now for warehouse work in Groveport, but we also have other shifts like event staff, dishwashers, and back of house and front of house support roles at other venues like catering companies, stadiums, schools, and event venues!

Responsibilities for General Labor shifts may include but are not limited to:
• Inventory Handling: Manually load and unload goods from delivery trucks, shipping containers, or storage racks.
• Conveyor Operations: Place packages safely onto conveyor belts and accurately remove items from designated discharge lines.
• Sorting & Organizing: Scan, sort, and organize incoming stock into appropriate bins, shelves, or staging areas based on inventory codes.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately using hand-held scanners and manual packing stations.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming items and outgoing packages for visible damage, reporting any defects to management.
• Facility Maintenance: Break down cardboard boxes, clear debris from walkways, and keep conveyor lines clear to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent multitasking abilities- Attention to detail and accuracy - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds - Standard background check required for some gigs.
