The space consists of one large, bright room (17 m²) with strong lighting and a Starkstrom (three-phase power) connection, plus a smaller room (7.6 m²) that could be used by a second artist or potentially a storage space.
The rooms are located at the back of my woodworking workshop and storage space. I’m often busy working on building sites, so the workshop itself isn’t in use very often. You’re welcome to make use of the workshop table and table saw for building frames or other projects.
There’s also a bathroom and a small kitchen area with a sink and microwave.
Situated on Boddinstr with good access to street.
Rent is 670 a month and will include all the bills. Heating/Electrics/Nebenkosten. The space is available from the 1st November.
