I am looking for someone to rent half my apartment. The lease ends in May 2027. It is a clean and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment located about one mile from Mt. Hood Community College.

The room being rented is the larger of the two bedrooms. As a shared renter, you will have access to all amenities of the apartment. You must like dogs and cats as I have both. Rent will be $800 plus half of utilities (approximately $120 per month). You must be clean and responsible.
