Down to earth busy working professionals (36wf, 42wm) inhabit this house. You would have an upstairs room with private bathroom. There is a bonus room you can use for exercise, desk/office or yoga room. We want to limit foot traffic and think overnight guests would not be ideal, no pets.
You can either rent by paying the desired amount $800, or receive a discount for working in the home office (desk job).
I operate a business out of the living room. I can also provide you recommendations and help you get a job in town as well. If you are going to college and just looking for more freedom then this would be a great way to do that. You would help with the online store and some other business ventures about 8-16 hours a week. You may actually be able to make serious money with this at home job and may want to do it full time if you are tenacious. All training provided, computer provided.
Room comes unfurnished, although I will provide a $500 room furnishings credit where you get to keep the stuff if you are here for more than 1 year.
We also have excellent coffee/espresso along with easy parking and a nice atmosphere!
