Was planning to refurbish but I have been busy with other projects. Most of the old wood and carpet gone. Started taking the rails off.Has electric winch with long winch control so you can load without help. It works. I installed new clips for the battery connection. No battery to go with it. Tires are more than likely old and should be replaced. I have plywood pieces for the project. I will include some wood preservative/ paint.
