Willamette Living Group is seeking a property owner interested in exploring a recovery-housing partnership.
You provide the house; WLG brings recovery-housing operating experience and established house procedures.
We handle the agreed day-to-day responsibilities so you do not have to build and run the operation yourself.
The proposed model: you retain ownership and fund agreed property and startup costs.
Together, we establish operating responsibilities and compensation based on the property’s economics and applicable legal requirements.
We are seeking an entire house, rather than individual rooms or separately operated floors.
An existing property with limited renovation needs is preferred.
This is an exploratory opportunity, not a guaranteed rental payment or investment return.
Any operating agreement would be subject to property review and confirmation of required licensing and approvals.
