My name is Zach, I'm 26 y/o, and I live in a 2bd/1bt(Shared) duplex with a small garage and backyard. Also a driveway. I have a 6yo pitbull named Moses. We are located between stark and Burnside on 208th near Abby's pizza.
I'm looking for a roommate that can pay 900 flat (utilities included)for the smaller bedroom. (I can't take pics of the bedroom at the moment but in a few days that should be possible). Also someone that can be quiet and respectful from about 10pm to 7am. Mostly that my living room is right next to the neighbors bedroom, so I don't like to play loud stuff in the living room at night, but the room is fair game for the most part.
The unit I rent has been lived in since 2019 or so, I took over the lease for a previous roommate in 2023. The carpet has normal staining but is not odorous. The couches are kind of messed up from my dog and his claws, but are still clean and daily driven.
Id love to share the public spaces like the kitchen and living room. The living room has a nice LG TV and vizio 7.1 surround sound for awesome music or thundering movies. I love to play immersive games and watch movies with great audio effects, but also appreciate having my headphones on late at night when I'm gaming for immersion.
