Responsibilities:
• Direct Support Professionals (DSP) assist clients in achieving their personal goals. We assist with skill building, independent living, employment, community inclusion, safe navigation of their community and access to available resources.
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Requires a valid driver’s license, insurance clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CPR Card (ability to complete while in training)
• Ability to use and access mobile applications
• Prefer 1-year experience of working with the I/DD Community or have related work experience
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the majority of each shift
• Able to transport a client in their personal vehicle for community outings, errands, and more
