Seeking nice, reliable, employed person to share my very inviting home in the hills just south of downtown Gresham. Home has lots of common areas, is fully furnished, has brand new A/C and heating units, has a huge yard front and back, is on a culdesac with neighbors who watch out for one another. There is a wonderful extensive hiking trail one block away. The available bedroom is furnished and has it's own cool bathroom, a great view, and is isolated from mine. It will be just me and the one housemate I am looking for.

The rent includes all utilities, water, netflix, roku. There is a nice laundry room on the main level and a laundry chute in your bathroom upstairs. I have 3 sweet dogs. Another would need to be discussed; I super-love dogs. Cats won't work unfortunately, because I have doggie doors and coyotes from the Butte above are always hunting for cats, unfortunately. There is room for one car in the driveway. There is no storage available for belongings beyond the basic (what will fit in the room and/or a loft area in garage which can hold some lightweight items).

I will want to do a background check and a confirmation with your employer. Other than that, it will be a nice easy place to live.
